How to Apply
The Carina is proud to offer a variety of affordable housing options for income-qualified households. In order to be eligible for any one of these programs, annual income and assets must be within the guidelines listed below.
Please note that these units are not subsidized. Applicants must be able to afford rent and utilities or have a resident-based rental subsidy that will cover the rent. Please contact our leasing team with any questions regarding eligibility.
